Request deletion of your personal data

At FORTUNEiT, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems, including data associated with your Facebook login.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the FORTUNEiT app on your device
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Tap on Delete My Account
  4. Confirm your request by following the prompts

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to our support team with your deletion request:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: Your registered email address or Facebook profile name

Option 3: Remove via Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find FORTUNEiT in the list of apps
  3. Click Remove to revoke access
  4. This will notify us to delete your data

What Happens After Your Request

Processing Time: We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Upon deletion, the following will be permanently removed from our systems:
